Automated parts assembly machine for the automotive industry, inserts compression limiters into 2 different part types of GRP injection moulding. Part present checking pre & post assembly. The part(s) are clamped, the limiters are pressed home. Push test @25N for 2 seconds to ensure limiters are present, pressed to depth and secure. Good parts are simply part marked, reject parts are held in the machine. Main control panel complete with Mitsubishi FX1N series PLC associated I/O, Pilz safety relay, power supply and associated control equipment.
